Job description

Salary: P120,000 – P160,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What will you do?

Maintain and administer the Epicor ERP system, ensuring reliability and performance.
Configure modules, workflows, and business processes within Epicor to meet company needs.
Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and queries using SQL and Epicor tools.
Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and production teams to streamline processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing user support and training.
Assist with Epicor upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party applications.
Work with IT and business stakeholders to implement automation and process improvements.
Maintain system security, user roles, and permissions.
Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
