Requirements

  • Prospect, propose, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Independently acquire and manage client accounts.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of recruiters to achieve targets.
  • Conduct cold calling and lead generation in the USA and Europe.
  • Build accounts for contractor staffing needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Maintain strong LinkedIn connections and a professional social media presence.
  • Communicate effectively to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
