Job description

We are seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to provide high-level operational and managerial support across the business. This role requires a seasoned finance professional with exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for CEOs and senior executives, ensuring seamless communication and execution of financial operations.
  • Provide situational awareness and strategic prioritization, responding to business needs with immediacy and precision.
  • Manage a mix of static and dynamic tasks, adapting to evolving priorities throughout the day.
  • Offer general operational and managerial support, driving efficiency across various functions.
  • Contribute ideas, solutions, and forward-thinking strategies to support client’s growth.

Requirements

  • Experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial operations and executive-level interactions.
  • Excellent communicator who can represent the company professionally with high-profile stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Adaptable and quick-thinking, with the ability to shift priorities based on deal flow and business demands.
  • Must be willing to work US business hours (willing to adjust schedules as needed).
