Technical Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist with a focus on recruiting global talents. The ideal candidate should possess a background in sourcing, demonstrate a proactive approach to talent acquisition, have expertise in client management, and be well-versed in applicant sourcing market research.

Job Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing:

  • Utilize diverse channels and platforms to identify and engage candidates globally.
  • Source candidates with expertise in highly technical roles, ensuring a profound understanding of technical skills.
  • Develop and sustain a robust network of potential candidates, keeping abreast of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and refine technical requirements for virtual assistant roles.
  • Proactively identify potential candidates using innovative sourcing strategies, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Anticipate talent needs and construct pipelines for future positions to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Leverage branding and marketing strategies to elevate the organization's image as a preferred employer for virtual assistants.
  • Effectively use social media platforms for applicant sourcing, creating engaging content, and cultivating an impactful online presence.

Marketing Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor practices, and innovative sourcing methods.
  • Utilize research findings to enhance sourcing strategies and stay competitive in attracting top talent.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with departments, understanding their needs and aligning sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on sourcing progress, candidate profiles, and market insights.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Provide regular reports on sourcing activities, including candidate pipelines, market insights, and progress updates.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide regular updates to clients on sourcing progress, candidate profiles, and market insights.
  • At least two years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on diverse channels and platforms (job portals, ATS, etc.)
  • At least a year of experience in sourcing for roles locally and globally.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates, staying informed about industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record in proactively identifying potential candidates through innovative sourcing strategies, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience closely working with hiring managers to identify and refine technical requirements for virtual assistant roles.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for applicant sourcing, content creation, and building a compelling online presence.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with a history of working closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, with a focus on IT and niche positions.
  • Strong knowledge of technical skills and industry trends within the IT sector.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Amenable to work in US hours
