JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with over 10 years of experience who is proficient in a range of front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of PHP and Laravel, and the ability to design and develop robust APIs. Familiarity with Vue.js and have both relational and non-relational database knowledge.

This role is open to either a full remote or hybrid setup (Cebu City), with a mid-shift schedule (1PM-10PM, Sun-Thu).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning, designing, coding, documenting, testing and maintaining custom web applications.
• Oversee junior web developers and guide and evaluate their work flow and performance.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in Web Development.

• Proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
• Proficiency with programming languages related to web application development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Node.js.
• Experience with front-end framework/library: Vue.js, Angular, React.
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases: MySQL, MongoDB.
• Some knowledge and practice with DevOps concepts like building CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, creating Docker and Docker Compose files.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to debug complex issues in a timely manner.
• A strong curiosity and ability to learn new technologies (frameworks, programming languages, methodologies etc).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Being a clear communicator with the ability to explain, discuss, and convince team members and management about your ideas.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills (English).
