Position: Executive Assistant
Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: EST/PST
Tasks required:
Create visually appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations for executive-level use.
Assist with client billing, invoicing, and ensuring timely follow-ups on payments.
Manage execution of contracts, NDAs, and other administrative documents.
Maintain accurate records and support document organization.
Conduct light research and compile information for presentations or reports.
Support scheduling, email management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and maintain organized files.
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to design, format, and edit professional presentations.
Experience with invoicing and billing clients using software tools or platforms.
Familiarity with handling contracts, NDAs, and other legal/administrative documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
