About the role:

We are seeking multiple team members with the skills and desire to work with a leading company in the consulting market. As a Quality Automation Engineer, you will lead the effort to transform the existing product into an enterprise-class system.

Responsibilities:

Design, automate and maintain the Smoke, Sanity & Regression test suites of Frontend, Backend (Microservices) and Mobile applications.
Identify and document Bugs, and advocate for their solutions.
Analyze product and customer requirements, creating test plans and test cases.
Work in a highly collaborative environment across multiple time zones.
Work closely with developers and product owners to understand the applications/systems being tested.
Work in Agile teams with a strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Personal Attributes:

4-6 years of solid experience in UI, Backend and Mobile Apps Automation using JavaScript or TypeScript-based automation tools preferably Playwright, Cypress, WebDriver IO.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in Non-functional testing like Security and Performance testing.
Demonstrable experience in end-to-end testing of Web and Mobile applications.
Basic understanding of the CI/CD concepts.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Resourceful and willing to go the extra mile to achieve successful outcomes.
Strong Communication skills.
Good analytical and logical skills, with keen attention to detail.
