Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions for customers (Best practice/Apps/ERP Connections)

  • Act as the go-to person for resolving major technical problems quickly.

  • Guide, support, and mentor developers to follow best practices and deliver quality work.

  • Research, recommend, and manage third-party apps or integrations for better functionality.

  • Report directly to the Head of Shopify

  • Act as the right hand of the department lead, take over responsibilities when absence

  • Supporting in creating client offers and individually creating client offers

  • Upselling effort to existing clients

  • Individually handle client projects
