As we scale our reach and capabilities, we are looking for a high-performing Female Sales Specialist – IT Solutions to join our team and drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities in both local and international markets.
Sales Specialist – IT Solutions will play a key role in expanding BCCIT’s client base and building strong, lasting relationships with business decision-makers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B technology sales who is self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to client engagement, solution presentation, deal negotiation, and post-sale support. You’ll collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
Strong understanding of IT services, including networking, managed services, cloud-based solutions, and digital infrastructure.
Proven ability to close deals and exceed revenue targets.
Experience creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts.
Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Apollo.io.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
