We’re Making Real Estate Investing Accessible to Anyone

Our mission is to empower the world to build wealth through modern real estate investing.

Arrived is an investment platform that acquires and manages high-quality residential real estate, and provides a user-friendly platform to buy ownership interests for as little as $100 per share. We’re enabling our investors to access the best long-term investment in modern history (residential real estate) without the large financial commitments and operational complexity.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Real Estate Performance Manager at Arrived, you’ll play a critical role in evaluating real estate asset performance, ensuring the accuracy of dividends and share prices, and uncovering insights that drive smarter investment and asset management decisions.

You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across acquisitions, asset management, accounting, finance, operations, marketing, and investor relations to analyze performance from multiple angles and deliver actionable recommendations.

You’ll build scalable analytical frameworks, integrating data from purpose-built systems into repeatable, reliable processes. Your work will identify patterns, enhance reporting, and unlock ways to optimize returns.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the investment committee and help shape investment strategies with clear, compelling analysis. Your insights will also power marketing and investor relations efforts, bringing clarity and confidence to our investor communications.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Centralize and analyze data to track financial performance across our real estate portfolio.
  • Calculate and validate share prices and dividend distributions for real estate assets.
  • Identify insights and trends to improve asset management and investment strategy.
  • Create clear, intuitive dashboards and reports to support financial transparency and decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven content and recommendations to support investor relations and marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the investment committee to enhance portfolio-level financial strategy.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 5–7 years of experience in financial analytics, ideally with exposure to real estate or investment management.
  • Are highly analytical and love working with data models, financial forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Have strong experience with financial reporting, including cash flow analysis and real estate valuation.
  • Are fluent in tools like SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, financial modeling platforms, and data visualization tools.
  • Have a natural curiosity and a bias for action, always seeking ways to use data to drive smarter decisions.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts with clarity and confidence, both visually and verbally.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to build solutions that scale.
  • Obsess over details and consistently ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis.
  • Have a passion for real estate investing—and maybe even own (or want to own) rental properties yourself.
