Women Dotnet Returnship Program

About the Company:

Her Second Innings is a non-profit organization in the sector of non-profit organization management. Our mission is to empower women who are on a career break and offer them opportunities to re-enter the workforce.

Role and Responsibilities:

- The Women Dotnet Returnship Program is exclusively designed for women who are currently on a career break.

- Selected candidates will undergo an 8-week training program focused on .NET application development in the Windows platform.

- Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will have the opportunity to join our returnship program and be placed in relevant job roles.

- The program aims to provide a supportive environment for women to refresh their skills, gain confidence, and re-establish their professional careers.

Candidate Qualifications:

- Candidates must have a minimum career break duration of 6 months to 3 years.

- Prior experience of at least 5 years in designing and developing applications in the Windows platform is required.

- Proficiency in .NET, C#, and WPF application development with strong design and extensive programming skills is essential.

- Good knowledge of OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design) and design patterns is expected.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong team player attitude, are highly valued.

- Knowledge of industrial automation domain and communication protocols like Modbus, Modbus TCP, and similar protocols used in industrial automation is advantageous.

- Additional desirable skills include knowledge of WCF, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, and cybersecurity applications.
