Job description

Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):
a. Supporting Business Head in aligning business processes with the Strategic Vision.
b. Designing, Implementation & strict adherence to Business Control Framework (IFC).
c. Designing, Implementation, monitoring, reporting and adherence of accounting and financial transactions at
entity level. Having set up or supervised a robust mechanism to ensure seamless synchronization and
Transaction Processing for the Company.
d. Accurate Costing is done and made available to Sr. Mgmt. and Leadership Team on a quarterly basis.
e. Having proficiency in the Consolidation of financial entities from Parent to Subsidiary. Compilation of Financial
statements, and notes to accounts as required under Ind-AS.
f. Audit Planning, implementation and completion of Audit processing and publishing of financial statements
within agreed-upon deadlines subject to applicable regulations.
g. Maintaining relationships and closely working with Company’s Banking partners for desired financial facilities
and negotiating the lowest competitive rates as applicable.
h. Analysis of various Investment options and recommendation for the best suitable option.
i. Custodian of Fixed Asset Register and Capital projects – Budgeting, Monitoring;
j. Designing and Implementation of critical MIS (Sales, Expenses, subsidiaries, supply chain, product costs etc.
including TB, P&L & Balance Sheet) structure and its timely circulation to the relevant stakeholders;
k. Preparation of the Annual Budgeting process. Ensure, its correctness, critical analysis, comparison with
relevant data points and its presentation to the Sr. Management.
l. Ensure 100% adherence to the Statutory obligations/compliance.
m. Ensure 100% Tax Compliance applicable to Company and its subsidiaries, if applicable.
n. Understanding organizational systems, improving them and designing new ones;
o. Any other task/responsibility assigned by the supervisor/line manager / management from time to time
