Role Overview:

We are seeking Senior Reporting Engineers with strong experience in end-to-end regulatory reporting solutions to support a leading financial institution across the Baltic region. As part of a diverse and dynamic technology team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions that meet strict regulatory and compliance requirements within the banking sector.

Must-Have Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience in PL/SQL, SAS Base, and Oracle (or related RDBMS).
Strong background in regulatory reporting within banking, financial services, or similar regulated environments.
Expertise in end-to-end (E2E) reporting solution design—from data ingestion and transformation to report generation and validation.
Sound knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and BI/reporting tools.
Familiarity with GDPR and financial regulations is a plus; awareness of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) is highly advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex data flows into actionable work items.
Strong communication abilities in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
