  • Define operational goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics using ITIL best practices and SFIA9 role frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the Technical Operations team.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless integration across product, support, and operations teams.
  • Oversee the Service Delivery (Build Team) for efficient provisioning, deployment, and maintenance of customer environments.
  • Manage Data Center Operations with a focus on high availability, redundancy, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities for proactive incident response and system reliability.
  • Oversee Service Management functions to ensure adherence to ITIL frameworks for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Drive standardization and automation to improve operational performance and reduce manual workload.

  • Deliver:
  • Implement automation strategies to streamline service deployment and improve time-to-market.
  • Strengthen collaboration with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring systems to track infrastructure performance, capacity, and availability metrics.
  • Financial & Vendor Management:
  • Develop and manage the Technical Operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising performance.
  • Evaluate and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Implement cost reduction initiatives, including cloud repatriation strategies and infrastructure optimization.

  • Decide:
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in cross-functional planning to align technical operations with broader business strategies.
  • Make high-level decisions regarding resource allocation, prioritizing projects and initiatives that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Align financial planning with Product and Technical teams to maximize investments and support long-term growth.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

  • I'm interested...is this the job for me? We are looking for:
  • 10+ years of experience in technical operations, infrastructure management, or cloud services, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale operations.
  • Proven expertise in cloud and hybrid infrastructure management (VMware, HyperV, Citrix, AWS, Azure, or similar).
  • Experience in IT service management, automation, and incident response.
  • A strong ability to lead high-performing teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and align technical operations with business goals.
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL best practices and frameworks for service delivery, incident management, problem resolution, and change management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead teams and ensure alignment between technical, product, and operations teams.

  • Bonus Points:
