Job Description:

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with an active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance to lead the development, integration, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and security.

Specialty Areas:

  • Salesforce Development & Integration – Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Public Sector Foundation for licensing/permitting.
  • Security & Compliance – Must have TS/SCI clearance and knowledge of government security regulations.
  • Custom Development – Strong hands-on experience with APEX, Force.com, Java, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.
  • API & Authentication – Experience with REST services, web services, OAuth, and secure integrations.
  • CICD & Release Management – Expertise in Azure DevOps, backup/recovery, and data migration strategies.
  • Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting – Proven ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure Salesforce applications for DOJ.
  • Ensure strict compliance with government security protocols and access control policies.
  • Implement custom Salesforce development solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Develop Batch Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.
  • Handle data modeling, data migration, and authentication processes within Salesforce.
  • Work with AppExchange products to enhance system functionality.
  • Define and manage technical change management (CICD/Release Management) for Salesforce.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring high availability.
