Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Instructional Designer – Continuous Improvement to support the review and enhancement of learning resources and assessment materials. This role involves ensuring content quality, accuracy, and alignment with project guidelines and standards across various subject areas.

Key Responsibilities

Content Review and Improvement

Review and revise learning resources and assessment tools to address identified issues and ensure compliance with industry standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality of vocational education and training resources.

Project Coordination

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet project goals, deadlines, and quality expectations.
Provide clear and timely project updates/reports to supervisors.
Take on resource rectification reviews as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and departments as needed.
