What You Will Do:

As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a team responsible for solving the most complex issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects within the healthcare revenue cycle realm to achieve financial growth objectives for your clients. Senior Consultants work on multiple assignments at any given time and receive exposure to a broad range of healthcare projects.

Senior Consultants are responsible for managing assigned project workstreams, adhering to project timelines and producing high quality deliverables for clients and internal executives. You will assist with coaching and mentoring for Consultants.

As you hone your project deliverable skills and aptitude for managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Managing Consultant level.

Qualified candidates will possess deep working knowledge in the one or more of the below specialty areas:

  • Revenue Integrity
  • Charge Capture
  • Revenue Reconciliation
  • Revenue Modeling
  • Charge Description Master (CDM)
  • Financial Analysis


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of revenue cycle management experience, focused on optimization and performance improvement
  • 3+ years of management consulting, professional services, and/or project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to present to large groups, both externally and within the practice
  • Proven success in driving operational process improvement and change management for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systems


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Master's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Clinical Administration
  • Certifications in Epic
  • Intermediate to advanced data manipulation and analytical skills using Excel a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
