Job description

At amma family, we are committed to creating solutions that make families happier during pregnancy and beyond. Our international mobile app, amma pregnancy&baby tracker, is one of the largest global communities for expectant mothers and their families.

As we continue to expand globally, our Global Sales Head need assistance with operational routine, otherwise with non-standard research and ad-hoc tasks. We're looking for a dedicated Business Assistant to provide this support.

Important note: This is a part-time opportunity, and we expect this person to be available for up to 4 hours per business day.

responsibilities
  • Data Management: Assist in organizing and managing sales data and information.
  • Sales Support: Provide crucial support to the Sales Teams in various tasks related to marketing and sales.
  • Research: keep an eye on what is happening in the markets of various countries and share the news with the team, study the required industries, players, and competitors.
  • Communication: control the flow of cold outreach, search for contacts.
  • Reporting: Assist in generating reports, presentations, and sales documents.
  • Documentation: Prepare and organize sales-related documents.
requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred but not obligatory.
  • English - Upper-intermediate and above.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Docs, Spreadsheets, Calendar, Slides, Notion and office MS 365 (mainly Excel).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Previous experience in Sales Navigator and other contact finding tools as well as in cold outreach tools is an advantage.
