Responsibilities:· Provides support to Account Manager and customers during the order fulfillment process and in servicing the new account or the additional business for an existing account, helping to ensure account retention and growth. · Handles incoming calls and assists on calls when needed. · Places orders for the Account Manager. · Follows up as needed on order to ensure satisfactory delivery. |
· Prepares quotes, researches customer product questions and assists with bids. · Handles all aspects of preparation for orders to be placed. · Serves customers at the highest level in order to assist in closing any potential sales. |
· Assists Account Manager with stock, credit issues, shipping issues and open/backlogged orders. |
· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office knowledge |
· Organized with ability to multitask and manage priorities |
· Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to send correspondence via email and to make and receive telephone calls |
· Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities |
· Excellent written communication skills with ability to compose professional business communications via email. |
