Job description

Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – Redlands, California

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our mental health team in California. In this full-time role, you will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and groups, helping them manage emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive mental health outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
  • Perform clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health episodes.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical therapy practices.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active LPCC license in California.
  • Experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings preferred.
  • Proficiency in individual, group, and crisis counseling.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and clinical assessment skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
