Key Facts: SAP MDM, SAP S/4HANA, Master Data Solutions, , in Lengnau/home office.

Main tasks:

Data Management: Oversee master data and material life cycle management.
Material Master: Build and maintain material master data in SAP S/4HANA.
TrackWise: Execute TrackWise actions related to master data management.
Process Coordination: Manage the overall master data processincluding material master, procurement master data (PIR, SL), BOM, and recipesin coordination with procurement, production planning, and MSAT.
Business Analysis: Serve as the first level of support for end-users and develop as well as maintain SAP user training documentation.
Optimization: Collaborate with the ERP System Manager and Global SAP and IT Teams to design and implement master data solutions; complete user acceptance testing alongside other SAP SMEs.
Security & Access: Ensure adherence to global SAP access management procedures, participate in and coordinate global SAP security audits and reviews, and facilitate training for managers and SMEs on the access request process.

Your qualifications:

Experience: Several years of experience with SAP ERP.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong command of Excel or the ability to learn it rapidly, and be capable of writing SAP validation documents (user specifications, test cases), SOP/WI, and training materials.
System Knowledge: Have experience with the TrackWise system.
Soft Skills: Be a fast learner, flexible, problem-solving, results-oriented team player with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to adapt in a dynamic project environment.
Language Skills: Be proficient in both English and German.
