Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD (with flexibility for top candidates)

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to optimize website performance, execute SEO strategies, and provide data-driven recommendations. The role requires hands-on experience with SEO tools and best practices to improve rankings, increase traffic, and deliver insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to drive SEO strategy.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to optimize website rankings.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and address indexing, schema, and site performance issues.
  • Develop and execute content strategies, including internal linking and content optimization.
  • Track and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Collaborate with content teams to align SEO efforts with marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO strategy and execution.
  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO (site audits, schema, indexing, sitemaps) and/or content-driven SEO (keyword research, content audits, on-page optimizations).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication (50+/100) for reporting and client communication.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with SEO reporting and tracking KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Screaming Frog and Asana for technical audits and project management.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in international SEO or multilingual websites.
  • Background in content marketing or digital strategy.
  • Familiarity with DeepCrawl for advanced site audits.
