Introduction:
Verifiable is looking for a strong Project Manager to own and manage complex phased implementations for our largest Enterprise customers.
Requirements
5+ years of Implementation or Project Management experience in a technical SaaS or startup environment
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, delivering tailored solutions to each customer’s unique needs
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scoping, consulting, issue/risk identification, and clear communication of overall project status
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment
Highly collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to define technical changes/requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams
Healthcare or Healthtech experience is a plus
SFDC proficiency is a plus
Business Analyst experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Proactively manage customer relationships from sales handoff to successful implementation
Partner directly with customers to ensure successful implementation of Verifiable based on their unique scope and business objectives
Lead the implementation process by aligning on project requirements, managing project plans, owning all customer communication, and coordinating teams to drive success
Manage project expectations through regular meetings, project status reports, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams on configuration and technical components of implementation.
Organize and coordinate customer onboarding and training through virtual web conferences
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-facing requests during the implementation process
Act as a subject matter expert on the Verifiable product to drive product adoption and usage
