Our new site in Czechowice-Dziedzice is a leading company dealing in the development of innovative drive components for electromobility. We are a pioneer of these technologies in Poland, thanks to which we contribute to ensuring a clean, low-emission future in the automotive industry.

Our project

We are currently implementing one of the most interesting projects in the region - we are building a modern center for the production of electric motors. The first production lines started serial production a few months ago. Due to the huge development that awaits us in the coming years, we are looking for more interesting candidates. Their task will be to build further sets of production lines. The project is very ambitious and extremely interesting , implemented globally.  The success of the first project, new projects and numerous inquiries from our customers  allow us to look into the future with great optimism. Valeo confirms its position as the automotive market leader in the field of electromobility  in our region.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for people with at least 5 years of experience in the field of new technological launches. People who have already had the pleasure of working in a multicultural global team. The candidate should have experience in project implementation from the conceptual phase through the creation of technical specifications, selection of suppliers, participation in commercial and technical negotiations, executive supervision to the commissioning phase. We carry out our projects in an international group, therefore the official language is English. We are looking for people who can freely communicate in this language during everyday work (correspondence, teleconferences, meetings with suppliers and clients, working with technical documentation).

• Experience in comprehensive implementation of industrial projects

• Experience in working with international  suppliers, including those from non-European markets

• Experience in evaluating projects in terms of costs, quality assurance and work safety
