Software Developer Advisor

Our work depends on Software Developer Advisor joining our team to design, code, test, deploy, and trouble shoot/debug software to assure our client meets all Federal financial standards and passes all GAO audits.

HOW A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software
● Have daily interaction with the team and client staff to identify requirements and issues to be resolved.
● Work with the team to discuss options and approaches.
● Participate in financial annual close planning. Respond to client requests for service via email and/or tickets to assure financial data passes all GAO audits.

● Use SAS skills to perform analysis as requested for client CFO staff. Peer review other team members SAS coding.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Required Experience: 5+ years of SAS/JCL coding. Knowledge of COBOL would also be helpful.
● Required Technical Skills: SAS/JCL are required.
● Security Clearance Level: Possess or able to attain confidential (MBI) clearance.
● Required Skills and Abilities: Must have excellent verbal and writing skills to communicate with client Finance staff and/or client technical staff, e.g. job schedulers.
● Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Federal financial processes, CONTROL products, CA ENDEVOR, ServiceNow ticketing a plus.
