Education Required:
Currently enrolled in undergraduate program (3+ years completed) in science or healthcare discipline
General Description:
The Global Medical Affairs Program Management intern will have an opportunity to develop their skills around internal communications and operational infrastructure to support key medical affairs functions. Tactical deliverables may include development of tools (e.g., templates, process maps, best practice references) to support consistency in global processes, editing organizational SharePoint sites, management of document repositories, and other operational support (contracts, org chart updates, etc.).
Essential Functions of the job:
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and on a team; positive, proactive approach is essential.
Accountability for deliverables, communicating changes and progress, escalating issues, and timely completion of assigned projects.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams), SharePoint experience a plus (site editing and library management).
Other Qualifications:
Interest in pursuing a career in Medical Affairs and/or the Biotech industry.
Self-motivated, ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-cultural environment.
Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
