We’re looking for a Manager, Business Systems - Sales & Marketing Systems to play a pivotal role in reimagining and scaling our Salesforce ecosystem and other go-to-market business-critical platforms. Combining strategic oversight with deep technical understanding, you will ensure that our systems are optimized to meet evolving business needs. You will collaborate closely with business units, admins, developers, and stakeholders to define and execute a roadmap that drives innovation and operational efficiency.

- Strategic Ownership
- Develop and drive the roadmap for GTM systems, prioritizing initiatives that align with business objectives and drive maximum impact.
- Lead the adoption of AI and automation to enhance productivity and enable scalable solutions.
- Translate business needs into detailed program and system requirements.
- Sales & Marketing Systems Analysis & Revamp
- Collaborate with team members to assess the current state of marketing systems, including lead data ingestion, processing, routing, and related data flows.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps in the existing marketing and sales systems, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
- Lead the effort to redesign or rebuild lead management workflows and data flows from scratch if necessary, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Work closely with business operations stakeholders to define, document, and implement processes for gathering and prioritizing current and future business requirements.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure data quality, consistency, and seamless integration across GTM systems.
- Establish a framework for continuous improvement, ensuring that marketing and sales data flows remain adaptable to changing business objectives and market dynamics.
- Salesforce Administration, Configuration & Development
- Manage and configure Salesforce, including user roles, permissions, profiles, and record visibility.
- Build, modify, and maintain Salesforce Flows to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement and troubleshoot new features, functions, and configurations based on evolving business needs.
- Develop, implement, and evangelize DevOps best practices within the team to improve collaboration, efficiency, and deployment quality.
- Establish and oversee design and code review processes, ensuring best practices, maintainability, and scalability of system enhancements.
- Define and manage a structured release management process, including version control, sandbox testing, and deployment strategies to minimize risk and improve system stability.
- System Analysis & Optimization
- Conduct root-cause analysis on system issues and recommend actionable solutions.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and create implementation plans.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure optimal system performance and usability.
- Business Analysis & Collaboration
- Partner with sales, marketing, support, and operations teams to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and objectives.
- Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements.
- Perform gap analyses to assess alignment between business requirements and current system capabilities.
- Prepare detailed process documentation, flowcharts, and functional specifications for technical teams.
- Stakeholder Communication & Engagement
- Serve as the liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
- Communicate system configurations and functionality in clear, non-technical terms to stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on system improvements, project progress, and performance metrics.
- Process Ownership & Project Leadership
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancements, from ideation and prioritization to deployment and adoption.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Proactive Problem-Solving & Leadership
- Take initiative to identify and resolve GTM system challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring alignment between technology and business goals.
- AI & Innovation Strategy - Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance productivity and enable scalable solutions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making - Analyze system usage, gather feedback, and refine solutions to continuously improve user experience and ROI.
- Continuous Improvement - Stay ahead of trends in Salesforce, AI, and GTM technology to future-proof our systems strategy.
- CPQ Expertise (Preferred)
- Support and analyze CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionality to improve deal structuring and efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and revenue operations teams to implement best practices for CPQ processes.
- Experience with DealHub or similar CPQ platforms is highly desirable.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Program/Product Manager or similar role in GTM systems, preferably with Salesforce and marketing systems expertise.
- Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and support workflows and data lifecycle and how they intersect with business systems.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI tools and trends, particularly their application to SaaS and Salesforce ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on user-centric design and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or other marketing systems administration and integration with Salesforce are a plus.
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $160,000 per year and $190,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
