UnspecifiedThe Senior Manager, Global Trade (GT) will support the Enterprise Operations organization. As part of the Enterprise Operations GT team, the Global Trade Portfolio Lead manages a talented team of global trade professionals that includes managers and/or subject matter experts in the portfolios under his/her responsibility. This position has operational oversight for global trade policy and procedure implementation to ensure Global Trade requirements are met in all Enterprise Operations functional group operations, including Enterprise Supply Chain, Enterprise Quality, and Operations Modernization.
*Responsibility excludes SBU Supply Chain and SBU Quality activities, unless expressly assigned by Enterprise Operations GT Lead.
This role can be worked remotely in the U.S.
What You Will Do:
Lead, direct and develop a team dedicated to ensuring Collins’ Enterprise Operations meet their global trade compliance requirements. Specifically, this role manages a team of 1 full-time direct global trade professionals and a network of focals.
Serve as Enterprise Operations GT Portfolio Management Lead supporting the Enterprise Supply Chain organization, including Supply Chain Compliance, Direct and Indirect Procurement, Supplier Development/Performance, and other Supply Chain global functions.
Manage and guide the Enterprise Operations GT Portfolio Leads responsible for Quality and Operations Modernization, including efficient deployment and execution of global trade requirements in these areas of responsibility.
Develop, verify, and report global trade metrics that capture applicable global trade activity and risk.
Responsible for deployment and monitoring of operative global trade requirements within Enterprise Operations Portfolios.
Manage controls, investigate and advise on solutions for complex compliance problems.
Proactively partners with and influences key stakeholders, including Portfolio leadership, Central GT leadership and Legal, to ensure successful execution of programs and requirements.
Continuously evaluate current processes and propose relevant improvements to increase efficiency/productivity.
Align with colleagues in the LCC and collaborate with the Enterprise Operations Global Trade team to drive a fully united organization “One Collins”.
Travel approx. 1-2x a year
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
Experience leading compliance within a portfolio or functional area.
Project management experience.
Experience leading and managing a team of global trade professionals or proven indirect leadership
Working knowledge of the U.S. GT regulations including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Customs ( U.S. required, Non-U.S. preferred).
Qualifications We Prefer:
Supply Chain expertise.
Working knowledge of Non-U.S. Customs.
Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and engage stakeholders at all levels.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
