Bitsight is seeking an experienced marketer to drive demand generation programs for North America Enterprise and Key Accounts ($750M+ ARR). This role will lead regional campaign execution, working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to engage high-value target accounts through multi-channel strategies.

Reporting to the Director of North America Marketing, this position requires expertise in account-based marketing (ABX), enterprise demand generation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience executing integrated campaigns tailored to key industry verticals, leveraging digital, events, content marketing, and partner-led initiatives to accelerate pipeline growth. Success will be measured by marketing’s impact on pipeline and ARR within the FY26 North America Target Account List (TAL).

Essential Responsibilities Include: 

Regional Campaign Execution & Localization

  • Lead North America Exposure Management demand programs aligned with the FY26 NA Target Account List (TAL) and Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategy.

  • Work closely with the Global Integrated Campaigns team to adapt messaging, content, and multi-channel tactics (e.g., digital, nurture email, thought leadership roundtables, webinars, and events) for the TAL.

  • Manage program execution and coordination across marketing teams for stakeholder visibility.

Account Planning & Pipeline Growth

  • Identify gaps and develop strategies to grow leads, contacts, and engagement within the TAL, aligned with GTM priorities.

  • Partner with Sales and SDRs to align on account-based targeting, lead flow, and engagement strategies.

  • Provide SDRs with messaging, content, and materials to support lead engagement and conversion.

Multi-Channel Demand & Event Execution

  • Plan and execute high-impact virtual and in-person events, sponsorships, and webinars, ensuring alignment with demand objectives.

  • Oversee speaker coordination, brand awareness initiatives, collateral development, and surround plans to maximize ROI.

  • Drive engagement through a full-funnel marketing approach, optimizing lead conversion and pipeline impact.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track performance across all funnel stages (from MQL to Qualified Opp pipeline ACV), flagging concerns and recommending actions to optimize pipeline contribution.

  • Report on campaign performance, budget effectiveness, and marketing impact to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions.

Partner Program & Channel Marketing Support

  • Develop and execute partner-led end-user marketing programs aligned with GTM/Playbook strategies.

  • Assess ROI for NA partner investments, collaborating with the Channel team to prioritize sponsorships and program execution.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience with a focus on enterprise account growth in an account-based marketing, demand generation, or field marketing role

  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry strongly required

  • Experience with Demandbase or equivalent platform 

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams

  • Very analytical and data-driven approach to demand generation with the ability to track and report on long-term and complex campaign performance metrics as well as lagging revenue attribution, revenue influence and ROI

  • Comfortable to function with confidence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Competent in all areas of marketing including strategy, plans, sales enablement, thought leadership, and demand generation

  • Aptitude for leveraging digital marketing, digital advertising, and sales acceleration tools and technologies

  • Data-driven and proficient with extracting analytic insights to segment audiences and optimize efforts

  • Experience with building and carrying out account-based marketing programs

  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns to generate revenue

  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially Sales

  • A strong understanding and measurable track record of enterprise-focused integrated marketing programs

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US$105,000 to $120,000 annually for US-based employees.  This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight’s good faith estimate as of the date of this posting.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant.  Bitsight also offers a competitive benefits package, including but not but limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; flexible time off; a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities; life and disability insurance; and tuition reimbursement.
