Finary is a hybrid remote company. Our talented team is currently based in France and across Europe. Our office is located in the heart of Paris, and we organize on-site every 6 weeks.

About the role

Reporting into our People & Office Manager, Klervy, you’ll support on:

Workplace & Office Operations

  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and welcoming.

  • Manage office supplies, snacks, and equipment to ensure availability.

  • Coordinate with external providers (cleaning, maintenance, deliveries).

Internal Events & Employee Experience

  • Organize and coordinate internal events (team lunches, offsites, celebrations).

  • Gather employee feedback to improve office & event experiences.

  • Support onboarding by preparing office setups for new hires.

People Operations & Administrative Support

  • Assist with HR-related tasks (documents, contracts, benefits coordination).

  • Ensure smooth communication of People Ops initiatives internally.

  • Support travel and logistics for employees when needed.

You’d be a great fit if you
  • You're currently studying or recently graduated in Business, HR, Operations, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • You’re highly organized and detail-oriented—you love keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.

  • You’re hands-on and proactive—whether it's setting up an event, managing office supplies, or solving an unexpected issue, you’re ready to jump in.

  • You’re eager to learn and grow—this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in People Ops, Workplace Experience, and Operations.

  • Bonus: You have experience organizing events, managing logistics, or working in an administrative/people-facing role.
