Your Role as an Operations Coordinator:

The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in streamlining and supporting the Legal, Finance, and Order Entry functions company-wide. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage diverse responsibilities and ensure smooth operational flow.

A Day in the Life of an Operations Coordinator:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Legal, Finance, and Order Entry requests, managing intake, directing workflow to the appropriate parties (Legal, Security, Finance, Order Entry, etc.), and providing timely updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive records management for customers and vendors, including processing vendor setup forms and ACH payments, and fulfilling customer requests for certificates of insurance.
  • Management of incoming mail, including review, distribution, and filing.
  • Support corporate governance tasks, including coordinating contract signatures and maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Providing project support for key strategic initiatives for Legal and Order Entry, Finance, and other departments as needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience with legal documents and contracts, finance processes, and tools
  • Experience working with SaaS companies   
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers 
  • Comfortable working in a remote work environment.  
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Project coordination and management abilities 
  • Customer service mindset
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Experience with CLM tools (preferred)
