Job description

This is a remote position.

Philippine-based Fillipino Applicants.

IMPORTANT: Proven experience in workflow automation, IT integration and Microsoft Suite, particularly in SharePoint, Teams and other MS tools. 


An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Australian company for an experienced, vibrant and high-energy Workflow Automation (Microsoft Suite) Administrator.

You will be an experienced and proactive Workflow Automation (Microsoft Suite) Administrator providing dedicated support to the leadership team while championing a variety of business functions. This is a versatile role that combines administrative excellence with advanced Microsoft and Azure platform skills to support the company’s internal IT integration efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong workflow automation and technical expertise, proactive, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams. While administrative duties will be the primary focus initially, the IT support aspect is expected to grow over time. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting internal IT integrations, documentation, and workflow management.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support, administration, and coordination for the leadership team.
  • Draft reports for board and performance meetings.
  • Champion the development, control, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Manage the review and updating of internal and external manuals, including training materials and playbooks.
  • Oversee company intranet communications and controls.
  • Develop documentation such as policies, procedures, and workflow mapping using Word, Visio, and related tools.
  • Coordinate document development, review, and sign-off processes.
  • Maintain registers such as document control and IMS platform listings.
  • Manage document uploads, protection, and controls on the IMS platform.
  • Ensure correct file management and organization in company directories.
  • Respond to workflow tasks logged in MS Teams and handle general administration and accounts duties.
  • Develop presentations, review documents, and ensure proper formatting.
  • Provide technical support to teams, including workflow automation using Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Manage SharePoint authorizations and assist in developing the SharePoint intranet.

Reporting Structure: This role will be part of the Shared Resources team, collaborating across departments via MS Teams workflow and reporting to the Shared Resources Team Lead. While initially more admin-focused, the role will shift toward increased IT integration responsibilities over time.



Requirements
  • Degree qualified with at least 5 to 10+ years of demonstrated experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Expertise in Azure platform tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and other additional apps in Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong experience in process documentation, workflow mapping, and document control.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, and related automation tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.


Benefits
Monthly Salary: PHP 55,000
Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
Probation: 6 months and after Probation          
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave
HMO offered after 6-month Probation
13th Month Pay after 30 days
Annual Appraisal
Laptop provided after 30 days
Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
SHIFT TIMES: 5:30AM to 2:30PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday


Salary:

Php55,000
