We’re looking for innovative, driven Team Leads in Project Management, specialising in Software Implementations, who are passionate about technology and sustainability to join us in building tools that enable companies to make smarter, more responsible decisions. This role is a fixed, permanent position. All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location. 

The role: 

• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring successful software deployment and customer satisfaction. 

• Oversee and coordinate software implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. 

• Develop and maintain implementation best practices and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project execution. 

• Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues, ensuring rapid resolution and customer satisfaction. 

• Establish clear communication channels with customers and internal stakeholders to align expectations and project goals. 

• Ensure the continuous improvement of software implementation processes, identifying opportunities for optimization. 

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and development. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to enhance the overall implementation experience.
