Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Ontario, CAN time with 30minutes paid break

Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing efforts across multiple brands. This role is responsible for social media management, content creation, email marketing, SEO, outreach, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong grasp of modern digital marketing strategies and Ai-powered tools to streamline execution. You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, engaging audiences, generating leads, and optimizing the digital marketing funnel.

Key Skills Required

1. Should be well versed in using AI Tools for content generation like ChatGPT, Canva, etc.
2. Should have excellent written communication
3. Should have experience in working with Digital Marketing Channels. Our minimum Skill

b. Paid Ads (Meta): 9/10
c. Email Marketing: 8/10
d. Creative & Copywriting: 8/10
e. AI Tools: 7/10
f. SEO: 5/10

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Content Creation

 Develop and implement a content strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
 Create, schedule, and manage posts, reels, and short-form video content.
 Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and relevant industry discussions.
 Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Canva or AI-powered tools.
 Repurpose content across multiple platforms for maximum reach and engagement.
 Responsible for all social media paid and organic efforts to drive brand awareness and conversions.

2. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
 Develop and execute an email marketing strategy that nurtures leads and improves conversion rates.
 Implement segmentation and automation workflows for targeted email outreach and follow-ups.
 Optimize email subject lines, content, and CTAs for high open and click-through rates.
 Monitor performance and adjust campaigns based on analytics and A/B testing results.

3. Website SEO & Content Optimization
 Optimize on-page and off-page SEO for improved search engine rankings.
 Identify high-value keywords for organic traffic growth and lead generation.
 Ensure website content aligns with brand messaging and value propositions.
 Implement backlink strategies and guest posting opportunities for SEO growth.
 Coordinate with the design and development team to achieve optimal website performance and marketing results.

4. Direct Outreach & Partnership Growth
 Identify and build relationships with potential resellers and partners.
 Reach out to influencers, journalists, and media outlets for press opportunities.
 Secure guest post placements, podcast interviews, and industry features.

5. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing (Optional)
 Set up and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
 Monitor and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI and lead conversions.
 Use AI-powered tools to optimize ad copy and audience targeting.
 PPC Certification is an advantage.

6. Analytics & Performance Tracking
 Track marketing KPIs and create monthly reports on campaign performance.
 Analyze data to optimize content, email campaigns, and paid ads.
 Use tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior, conversions, and website performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Social Media Growth & Engagement:
  • Increase LinkedIn followers by 5-10% per month.
  • Maintain an engagement rate above 3-5% on Instagram posts/reels.

 Email Marketing Performance:
  • Achieve an email open rate of 20-25% and a click-through rate of 2-5%.

 Lead Generation & Outreach:
  • Increase lead generation by 25% per quarter through marketing efforts.
  • Generate at least 50-100 qualified leads per month through outreach, ads, and SEO.

 SEO & Website Traffic Growth:
  • Increase organic website traffic by 15-30% per quarter.
  • Improve search rankings for at least 10-15 high-value keywords.

 Paid Ads (if applicable):
  • Maintain an ad conversion rate of 2-5% and a ROAS of at least 3-5x.


Requirements
 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably for SaaS or AI-based products.
 Strong knowledge of social media management, email marketing, and SEO.
 Experience with Canva, AI-powered content tools, and email automation platforms.
 Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics.
 Ability to run outreach campaigns and build relationships with influencers, media, and partners.
 Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for engaging content.
 (Preferred) Experience with Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads management.
 PPC Certification is an advantage.
 Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously.
