  • Regularly collaborate with Market Leaders and country managers on critical financial decisions, ad-hoc requests, proposals, and tenders, facilitating strategic economic analyses and identifying profit drivers.

  • Execute financial and operational activities related to M&A, from due diligence through seamless post-acquisition integration.

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional special projects, effectively managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses of customer contracts in partnership with legal entity controllers and the Global Tax Manager, addressing critical areas such as VAT, WHT, PE risk, etc.

  • Collaborate and partner proactively with project controllers to ensure accurate project cost allocation, backlog management, milestone tracking, and rigorous Accounts Receivable oversight.

  • Actively challenge and analyze project performance deviations, engaging closely with Project Managers to optimize outcomes.

  • Leverage digital transformation and emerging finance technologies to continuously innovate and streamline FP&A processes.

  • Demonstrate resilience under pressure, acting proactively and confidently at senior executive levels, regularly interacting with the Americas Market Leader, Global CFO, and Global CEO.

  • Engage directly in hands-on tasks, preparing detailed Excel analyses, impactful PowerPoint presentations, and stepping into operational roles whenever necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant (CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of FP&A and Corporate/Group Controlling experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
