We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story.

We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for building and leading our sales and clinical support team in the US as we launch the Globe Pulsed Field System. The VP, Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals to drive the overall success of the commercial launch.

We will consider candidates for remote work located in the USA.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Build and lead the US national sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the commercial launch of the Globe Pulsed Field System.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and successful product launch.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electrophysiology and pulsed field catheter technology to inform sales strategies.

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading commercial product launches.
  • Strong knowledge of electrophysiology and pulsed field catheter systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Compensation

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs.

Kardium provides total cash compensation (base salary + 5% 401k contribution + variable compensation based on the achievement of organizational goals and objectives).

Additionally, as a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.
