As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with enterprise-level clients, driving high-value sales opportunities, and executing strategic account plans. You will engage with C-suite stakeholders, navigate complex sales cycles, and work cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a strong track record in enterprise sales, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive revenue growth at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise-level clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Drive complex sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders and aligning solutions to business needs.
Meet and exceed revenue targets through consultative selling and account expansion strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth.
Negotiate high-value contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and company.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
About You
You have a founder mode mindset, with experience building and scaling products or companies from zero to one.
You have deep experience in AI, SaaS, or B2B environments.
You have experience recruiting and leading teams, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on results and innovation.
You know how to drive execution, delivering results quickly while balancing long-term goals and sustainability.

Qualifications
8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or a related industry.
Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving large, complex deals.
Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders.
Deep understanding of consultative selling and strategic account management.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to navigate long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
