Stratascale is seeking a highly skilled Security Consultant specializing in Microsoft Purview to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience and technical expertise with Microsoft Purview, enabling them to effectively design, implement, and manage data governance and compliance solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen understanding of security frameworks and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client-specific needs.

Responsibilities
Include, but not limited to:
Utilize deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Purview to assess, design, and implement data governance solutions that align with client objectives.
Conduct comprehensive security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with clients to develop strategic roadmaps for data governance, privacy, and compliance using Microsoft Purview.
Provide expert advice and technical support during the deployment and integration of Microsoft Purview services.
Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to client teams on Microsoft Purview functionalities and best practices.
Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements related to data governance and security.
Create detailed documentation and reports for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in data governance, privacy, and compliance within complex environments.
Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
Required Skills
Ability to work effectively, add value as a team member for the practice discipline.
Ability to train and disseminate information within an area or operation and work effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Strong communication skills and ability to engage and discuss technical and non-technical concepts with a wide array of customer audience types including C-Suite, VP/Director, Architect, Engineer and Analyst resources.
Emotional intelligence, flexible work style, and excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization
Attention to detail, organization, and follow up skills are critical.
Initiative to research and resolve problems with a positive attitude.

Certifications Required
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are a plus.
Unique Requirements
Attend virtual customer meetings when appropriate
Travel to customer sites, partner sites, conferences, and Stratascale offices up to 25% annually
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $110,000 - $145,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
