What are we looking for?

The role: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PI Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation, and support of integration solutions within the SAP environment, specifically working with the SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) module. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with various integration protocols, message mapping, and ensuring smooth communication between SAP and non-SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and optimize integration interfaces within SAP PI/PO.
Define communication protocols such as SOAP, REST, IDOC, RFC, JDBC, HTTP, FTP.
Work with message mapping (Message Mapping and XSLT Mapping) to transform and adapt data between systems.
Ensure seamless communication between SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, etc.) and external systems (databases, ERPs, APIs).
Configure synchronous and asynchronous integration scenarios.
Monitor message queues to identify potential failures in the interfaces.
Resolve integration errors, performance issues, and security concerns.
Analyze performance bottlenecks and propose optimization solutions to improve integration efficiency.
Implement best practices for SAP development and governance in integrations.
Provide technical support to key users and IT teams.
Document solutions and train teams to ensure operational continuity.

Required Skills And Knowledge

Experience with SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration).
Knowledge of integration protocols (HTTP, FTP, SFTP, JDBC, OData, etc.).
Experience in message mapping and interface development.
Proficient in XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP, REST), IDocs, and RFCs.
Experience with performance troubleshooting and optimization in integrations.
Familiarity with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) is a differential.
Advanced English for international support and documentation.
