We are looking for a COMPLIANCE & REPORTING MANAGER EUROPE (M/F/D) to join our team in Switzerland. This role plays a key function in ensuring financial compliance across multiple jurisdictions while supporting business development initiatives within our European model.

LOCATION: Switzerland (Hybrid/Remote)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, CH GAAP and relevant local GAAPs.
  • Oversee financial controls and tax compliance matters of the European structure. Structuring the internal controls framework and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Manage financial statements preparation process and ensure timely statutory filings in all relevant jurisdictions.
  • Act as a key business partner, collaborating with local leaders to drive financial performance and compliance.
  • Accountable for the financial close process end to end.
  • Supervise internal and external financial service providers and ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor compliance with transfer pricing documentation, corporate governance, and legal entity requirements.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Extensive Swiss tax and compliance expertise.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to mentor, develop, and motivate employees.
  • Strong experience with SAP, BI systems, and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Experience in an international matrix environment with multi-jurisdictional financial oversight.
  • Change agent.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.
  • Track record in cash flow management and financial strategy execution.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2); additional languages are a plus.
