Job Description

After an initial training period, you will provide service support to our customer's by travelling extensively to their facilities, located in Central Asia and Caucasian region (Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan), and occasionally to customers located in Middle East and/or Africa. You will operate from your home office, with general administrative support from our offices in Russia. You will report to the Field Service Team Leader located in Russia. This position offers great challenges and has a significant impact on the final business result and growth. It is a unique opportunity to combine technology and inter-human contacts.

Responsibilities

• Installation and start-up of injection molding systems at customer
• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensure superior customer experience
• Help to optimize customer operations
• Provide on-site training to machine operators
• Regular and accurate reporting of field activities
  
  

Qualifications

• Technician or Engineer degree
• Knowledge in PLC controls and in industrial automated systems.
• Good electrical knowledge and fault finding skills.
• Trouble shooting attitude
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Ideally with some experience in field service.
• Preference for candidates with experience in injection molding.
• Fluent in Russian and English (any local language can be considered as advantage)
