Job Description

After an initial training period, you will provide service support to our customer's by travelling extensively to their facilities, located mainly in Turkey but also across Middle East, Pakistan and South East Europe. You will operate from your home office located ideally in Istanbul, with general administrative support from our offices in Dubai. You will report to the Service Manager Middle East, located in our regional office in Dubai /UAE. This position offers great challenges and has a significant impact on the final business result and growth. It is a unique opportunity to combine technology and inter-human contacts.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and start-up of injection molding systems at customer within your respective region
• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensure superior customer experience
• Help to optimize customer operations
• Provide on-site training to machine operators
• Regular and accurate reporting of field activities
  
  

Qualifications:

• Mechatronics, mechanical or electrical Engineering degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in machine manufacturer service team
• Proven record of Machines trouble Shooting -Solid knowledge in PLC controls,
• Industrial automation systems, Hydraulic systems, Machine power circuits
• Experience in Injection molding process is a plus
• Accept to travel up to 100% of the time
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English , Additional language skills in Turkish
