Your Responsibilities
Managing projects related to the development of card issuing services like authorization, authentication, personalization, approval rates, Customer experience.
Leading projects independently.
Delivering projects and ensuring cost control.
Actively managing risks and issues, implementing mitigating measures, and providing regular updates.
Collaborating with other departments and service providers' representatives.
Handling operational tasks as third-line support.
Who We Are Looking For
Strong knowledge of card issuing and familiarity with Mastercard and VISA environments - Are you familiar with abbreviations: SMS / DMS / 3DS / PIN / MCC / ICA / BIN / POS ?
Skills and experience in bridging IT and product teams in the context of card issuing.
Experience in analyzing card services and products and their impact on other systems.
Deep business knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
Familiarity with the fintech environment.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
Experience in delivering efficient Process for customers.
The skills to change card products such as Consumer and Commercial Debit or Prepaid Cards
