Oversee and manage multiple complex projects within the Administrative Services department, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Track milestones, coordinate resources, and mitigate risks to ensure the successful completion of each project.
Create change management strategies, develop and implement plans to manage change; lead, coordinate and manage change management activities; monitor and assess impact. Act as a trusted advisor and provide recommendations on handling change; communicate change management plans to key stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in
Outline and develop business plans, objectives and goals utilizing standard project management support tools and resources to help ensure sustainability for new service offerings
Design and execute project plans to develop and deploy programs, project manage work streams and help drive appropriate resources to deliver high quality results on-time and within scope. Collaborate with team to assess team capacity and resource allocation. Ensure resources are utilized optimally and effectively to deliver the highest level of service while maintaining balance within the team.
Assist in crafting clear, impactful communications and comprehensive updates for the leadership team. Ensure that all messaging is consistent, concise, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Facilitate effective information dissemination to engage and inform all relevant stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment across the organization. Work cross-functionally to develop, refine, update, and maintain content including but not limited to, trainings, technical research, and internal communication strategies
Participate in workshops, presentations, and facilitate meetings; analyze metrics, key reports, plan and assesses any risks to advise Administrative Services leadership; work with department leadership to make strategic recommendations on projects and overall planning, and pivot accordingly
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of related experience in project management, and shared services business model or client delivery within a professional services environment
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; preferably in business or other relevant field of study; PMP certification required
Superior program management skills and the ability to negotiate quality outcomes; experience partnering and working directly with senior leaders, building collaborative relationships both within the organization and with internal clients
Experience and proven ability to be a change leader; demonstrated experience with process optimization or continuous improvement in business strategies and priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint, as well as GenAI – Copilot and ChatGPT
