Traveler Experience (TX) is seeking positive, energetic, highly skilled, customer-focused, senior-level travel counselor (TEC II) to join our Swedish Team. This team provides outstanding service for our business travelers. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
Help our travelers with any urgent business travel related arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
Act as a trusted advisor by finding the best possible solution for each case to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Ensure reservations are built according to client travel policy, standards and preferences
Handle a wide range of bookings including complex pricing, ticketing and reissues
Proactively solve any issues that might occur during or before the travel
Have the passion to learn new skills and develop.
Work effectively and customer-oriented even under pressure
Provide excellent problem-solving skills and strive for a positive outcome independently.
3+ years of experience working as a Business Travel Consultant
Good travel industry knowledge
Highly skilled in Amadeus GDS
Languages
Swedish and English both written and verbal
Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)
Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
Fluent verbal skills both in English and Swedish
Great active listening and information gathering skills.
Proactive consultant – solutions oriented and accountable.
Excellent working knowledge of the travel industry, application of client travel policies, procedures, and processes (including complex reservations and changes)
Able to use current technology and easily adapt to changes in technology as they come.
