Job description

Mission

As a ServiceNow coordinator, you will optimize workflows and enhancing user experiences, will empower both end users and the support team. This role plays a key part in identifying root causes of system issues and implementing proactive solutions to prevent/minimize future occurences.

Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Optimization

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Security Operations.
  • Oversee upgrades, patches, and system releases while ensuring seamless business continuity.
  • Develop and refine workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and scheduled jobs for enhanced functionality.

Governance & Compliance

  • Implement and enforce best practices in platform governance, access controls, and data integrity.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security standards and ServiceNow policies.

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and continuously improve platform capabilities.
  • Provide training, user support, and troubleshooting to resolve ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Engage with third-party vendors and ServiceNow support for advanced issue resolution.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor system performance, identify potential inefficiencies, and optimize configurations.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support IT management decision-making.
  • Requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and administration.
  • Proficiency in key ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Asset Management.
  • Strong Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting (business rules, UI scripts, client scripts).
  • Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
  • ServiceNow Administrator certification preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Tenacious: Proactively identifies issues, seeks long-term solutions, and continuously drives platform improvements.
