About the Role:
Sprinto is on the lookout for a passionate, self-motivated and data-obsessed people process champion to play a critical role in accelerating the next leg of Sprinto’s growth from a people function standpoint. With a focus on scalability and efficiency, this role will play a crucial part in enhancing the people operations function and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities :
Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage assigned employee lifecycle touchpoints across India and US using a remote-first approach.
People Analytics: Maintain people metrics and dashboards and all relevant data repositories and analyse trends to translate data into real-time insights for stakeholders.
Process Optimisation and Compliance: Audit and enhance existing people processes for efficiency at scale and ensure adherence to labour laws at all touchpoints and proactive research for mitigation of any potential legal or compliance risk.
What we’re looking for :
3+ years experience in HR analytics, preferably experience of setting up HR analytics from scratch.
Strong exposure to HRIS, Google Suite and data visualisation tools
Self-driven and highly organised, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with excellent asynchronous communication skills.
