Job description

We seek a passionate Senior Machine Learning Engineer with Python programming skills to develop robust solutions to real-world, large-scale problems that have a direct impact on the business. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be expected to own projects end-to-end - from conception to operationalization, demonstrating an understanding of the full ML model lifecycle. As a result, you will be expected to provide technical solutions and collaborate with your teammates; therefore, strong communication skills are critical in this role. With teammates in Portland, Boston, China, and Poland, you’ll join a global organization working to solve machine learning problems at scale.

Your tasks

Work with the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) team
Design and implement scalable applications that leverage predictive models and optimization programs to deliver data-driven decisions that result in incredible business impact
Write robust, maintainable, and extendable code in Python
Contribute to core advanced analytics and machine learning platforms and tools to enable both prediction and optimization model development

Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in ML Engineering and working on a product model using Scrum
Ability to write robust, maintainable, and extendable code in Python
Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of the GenAI area
Knowledge of applied data science methods and machine learning algorithms
Data wrangling experience, with structured and unstructured data
Fluent English

Nice to have

Experience with cloud architecture and technologies (preferably AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker) and MLOps concepts, would be an asset
