Responsibilities:
Identify and engage qualified IT candidates
Analyze partner company needs to deeply understand their expectations and requirements.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and motivations.
Collaborate closely with the team to enhance recruitment strategies.
Design, roll out, and optimize both internal and external recruitment processes.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from selection to offer negotiation.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and partner companies to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in IT recruitment, in an international context.
A successful track record in recruitment process implementation.
Ability to work remotely and manage time autonomously.
Fluent in both English and French, both written and spoken.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Team player with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Always updated on the latest trends and innovations in the IT sector.
