About the Opening:

Design, develop and support repeatable app frameworks, bespoke applications and automation for all business areas across the Region. Working with the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver scalable solutions to improve efficiency and quality.

RESPONSIBILITY AREA KEY ACTIVITES:

Solution Design.

  • Following the application lifecycle, ensuring each build is suitably in accordance with Power.
  • Platform governance and Best Practices - scope, design and deliver solutions using the Power.
  • Platform (Canvas, Model Driven, Approvals Toolkit and Power Automate) to support the business needs across the EU Region.

Documentation.

  • Create documentation for solutions, providing both user guides as well as documents to allow the wider team to understand and support the solutions.

Support.

  • Ensure support SLAs are met for the delivered Solutions.

Best Practices.

  • Working with the wider to team to develop existing, as well as identify opportunities for new best practice guidance for use by both the EU Automation team as well as the wider Yusen Power Platform community.

Community.

  • Support and collaborate with an emerging Yusen Power Platform community.
  • Sharing, knowledge capabilities of the platform, governance, and best practices.

Team Management.

  • Coach and develop members of the EU Automation team, to improve their knowledge and skills and help develop them

Stakeholder Management

  • Establish and build relationships with key stakeholders across the region, maintaining open and honest dialogue of needs and unique challenges and understanding not only their priorities but how they fit into the wider automation landscape.

QUALIFICATONS:

Required Level Of Education.

  • A level in Mathematics, English and Science subject or equivalent.
  • Relevant Microsoft Power Platform Certification.

Relevant Experience.

  • Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps (Canvas, Model Driven and Approvals Toolkit), MS Power Automate.
  • Analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.
  • Experience developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps.
  • Knowledge of Flow licensing Automating business processes with Microsoft Flow.
  • Management experience of a small team
  • API or rest services integrations

  • Strong understanding of the benefits as well as limitations of the Power Platform.
